Wash-Dry-Fold POS Names Ian Gollahon CEO, Converts from LLC to Corporation
The laundromat software company has appointed its long-time operating leader as chief executive, while founder Brian Henderson becomes chairman of the board and stays on as chief technology officer.
Broken Arrow, Okla. — May 26, 2026 — Wash-Dry-Fold POS, a provider of practical point-of-sale and management software for the laundry industry, has completed its transition from an LLC to a corporation and appointed Ian Gollahon as chief executive officer. Founder Brian Henderson becomes chairman of the board, remains majority shareholder and continues as chief technology officer.
Gollahon has run the company operationally for a decade. He was a primary architect of the 2020 shift to cloud-based software subscriptions and has personally managed both the sales and the software development teams. Under his leadership, Wash-Dry-Fold POS has grown to serve approximately 20% of the current USA laundromat point-of-sale market.
“It’s a privilege to serve our customers and lead our small team. Kindness, focus, and gratitude will be constants at every layer of value that we deliver.”
Ian Gollahon — CEO & Co-Founder of Wash-Dry-Fold POS® and co-owner of Liberty Laundry
What the conversion changes
Converting from an LLC to a corporation is a structural change rather than a cosmetic one, and it follows the strongest first quarter in company history in 2026. Each item below is a matter of record rather than a projection.
- ●The company now has the share structure needed to reinvest profits and formalize equity.
- ●Gollahon takes the chief executive role after a decade running the company’s operations.
- ●Henderson stays on the product as chief technology officer and majority shareholder, so development and support continue under the same leadership.
- ●The 2026 first quarter was the strongest in company history, following momentum from the 2025 Clean Show.
Leadership that owns laundromats
A distinguishing factor of the leadership at Wash-Dry-Fold POS is its direct involvement in the industry it serves. Gollahon became a laundromat owner in 2023, partnering with Henderson to purchase the Henderson family’s chain of laundromats in Oklahoma. Liberty Laundry grossed $2.5 million in top-line revenue in 2025 across its three locations.
Those three stores are where the software is used before customers see it. Attendant workflows, wash-dry-fold order tracking, the counter hardware and the daily reporting all run a full retail week in a working store first. Henderson continues to own the platform’s machine and card-system integrations, from the Speed Queen integration to Laundroworks, FasCard and ESD.
“For a decade, Ian has been the definitive steward of our brand. From securing our intellectual property to navigating complex vendor relations and marketing strategies, he possesses a rare blend of financial sophistication and operational grit.”
Brian Henderson — Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer, Wash-Dry-Fold POS®
