Two new reports split credit card tips by the role that earned them and break orders down by the hour, so owners can pay out fairly and staff to their real peaks.
Broken Arrow, Okla. — November 6, 2023 — Wash-Dry-Fold POS has released a new set of reporting capabilities focused on the precise tracking and allocation of credit card tips, plus a view of when orders actually arrive.
The Tips Report
The Tips Report breaks credit card tips down and distinguishes laundry production tips from cashier tips, so payouts land with the person who earned them. The request came from owners running more than one kind of counter under one roof.

The Time of Day Report
The Time of Day Report groups orders by the hour for each day of the week, which surfaces the peak and off-peak stretches in a specific store rather than in general. That is a staffing decision more than a curiosity: it shows which hours are carrying the drop-off volume and which ones are not.
Both reports came out of user feedback, which is how the release schedule generally works.
