Remember: Unless otherwise agreed upon or discussed, the laundromat owner is required to attend the “Owner Setup & Training Session”.

If you have a conflict arise, please use the links provided in your appointment confirmation to reschedule or cancel the appointment if needed.

If you cannot find or use the links provided, please respond to the appointment email.


If you have not already completed these steps, they will be required to successfully setup & train.

  1. Click here for Limited Edition Setup (white unit).
    Click here for Standard Edition Setup (black unit).

  2. Connect your system’s ethernet cable to your modem and test your internet connection.
    separate connection is required for your CardPointe Integrated Terminal Setup.
    If you need to split your ethernet connection, we offer a 1 to 5-port ethernet switch.

  3. Update to the latest version of Windows.

  4. Download Splashtop so we can remotely access your system during training.

  5. When you have access to your email on your new computer, check your email for the “Owner Setup & Training Link”.
