Add a Disclaimer to Receipts

If you would like a disclaimer to print on receipts when any items from a certain department are in an order, add the disclaimer to the department’s Note field. On the Inventory page, click the department to select it, then click it again when you see a pencil icon on the button to edit its properties.

In the above example, we’ve simply added a string of underscores to create a customer signature line.

If you would like a disclaimer to print on receipts only when a specific item is in an order, add the disclaimer to the item’s “Note on Receipt” field. On the Inventory page, click the item to edit its properties, then add the disclaimer to the appropriate field.
