Brand Refresh: New Logo and Website

Brand Refresh: New Logo and Website

Since its inception in 2016, the Wash-Dry-Fold POS® logo has been characterized by a simple icon of desktop computer on top of washer icon in navy blue and off-white. Celebrating the move to the modern hardware and (cloud-based) software they sell now, the brand is excited to announce a comprehensive branding refresh that includes a dynamic new logo and favicon with refreshed colors and style.

Always building their products and services on customer feedback, the new logo embraces the popularization of the acronym “WDF POS” used in Facebook Groups to refer to Wash-Dry-Fold POS. In the absence of the full logo or company name, you’ll now see “WDF POS” in the new clean blue font.

As part of their initiative to modernize their marketing efforts, the public facing website at www.washdryfoldpos.com has also been completely rebuilt to improve user experience and offer a more current look and feel to prospective customers.

As a trusted partner to laundromats across the United States, Wash-Dry-Fold POS reaffirms its commitment to delivering top-tier point-of-sale and operational management tools. The brand’s refreshed identity underscores its dedication to continual improvement and modernization, as well as their commitment to integrating customer feedback into every aspect of their brand.

Wash-Dry-Fold POS Introduces Advanced Tips and Time of Day Reporting

Wash-Dry-Fold POS Introduces Advanced Tips and Time of Day Reporting

Wash-Dry-Fold POS continues its commitment to supporting laundromat owners through a new suite of reporting capabilities.

The latest updates focus on precise tracking and allocation of
credit card tips, addressing challenges highlighted by laundromat owners like Michael Lair of Harvey Washbangers in College Station, TX.

According to Lair, “With our unique business, tracking tips is already challenging enough, spanning our restaurant operations, wash-dry-fold service, and self-service laundromat. This update simplifies the process by keeping retail sales tips separate from WDF tips so we no
longer have to go in and add those up one by one.”

The newly introduced “Tips Report” offers a comprehensive breakdown of credit card tips, distinguishing between laundry production tips and cashier tips, ensuring precise and fair payouts for all staff members.

The recently added “Time of Day Report” categorizes orders on an hourly basis, identifying peak and off-peak hours for each day. This empowers owners to make informed staffing decisions, optimizing operational hours and further enhancing overall efficiency within their
laundromat.

Wash-Dry-Fold POS remains committed to incorporating user feedback into their regular updates, continuously aiming to streamline daily operations and improve the overall functionality of laundromat management.
