Laundromat card system integrations

Keep the loyalty card system on your floor, or buy the one you want.

Either way, the counter runs on software built for wash-dry-fold.

Wash-Dry-Fold POS runs the counter — orders, bags, retail, delivery and commercial accounts — alongside the self-serve payment and loyalty card system on your floor. If you already have one, keep it. If you are shopping for one, the list below is what is connected today, and what each connection actually does at the register.

Each system has its own page with the specifics: what connects, what stays where it is and what setup looks like. Start with the one on your wall.

Loyalty & machine payment systems

Laundroworks

Customers pay for wash-dry-fold and retail with their Laundroworks card, and attendants add value or issue a refund at the register. The POS doubles as a backup value-add center, and order-linked machine starts run through the WashLynx app.

Laundroworks →

LaundryCard

Reload cards, check balances and process refunds at the register, then match the machine start report against your CCI card data.

LaundryCard →

FasCard

A dual-layer CCI integration: card payment, value adds and refunds at the register, plus machine starts run from the order tracker through WDF ProLink.

FasCard →

SpyderWash

Customers pay for wash-dry-fold orders and retail with a preloaded SpyderWash card, and the machine start report cross-references your SpyderWash card report.

SpyderWash →

ESD

Card payment, value adds and refunds at the register on Smartlink, Alphalink, Crosslink, Edge, Trident and Epic units.

ESD →

WashLynx

Attendants start machines from the WashLynx employee app and the start is pushed into the Wash-Dry-Fold POS order tracker, landing on the order it was run for. It is the route a Laundroworks store takes to order-linked machine starts.

WashLynx →

Speed Queen

Sell self-serve machine starts at the register and start machines straight from the order tracker, with each start connected to an order.

Speed Queen →

Huebsch

Order tracking and remote start for Huebsch equipment: sell a start at the register or fire it from the order tracker, and keep the start tied to the order.

Huebsch →

Flex RF

The same dual-layer CCI integration: cards work at the register for payment, value adds and refunds, and machines start from the order tracker.

Flex RF →

The Laundry Boss

Attendants activate machines from the POS, and every start is recorded against an order so machine cost can be read next to the work it paid for.

Starting a machine and recording that start against the order are one column because they are one motion, and the route it takes differs by system. Laundroworks and WashLynx share a row because they run together: the WashLynx app starts the machine and pushes that start into the order tracker. CCI systems use WDF ProLink. Speed Queen, Huebsch and The Laundry Boss are started from the order tracker itself, with nothing in between.

Card systems and equipment-side systems were built to do different jobs, so no row is expected to fill every column. What matters is which columns matter to you, and that is worth two minutes on a call whether you buy or not.

What an integration means here

Two systems, one store, no rip-out.

The floor keeps doing what it does. The counter stops being the weak link.

A laundry integration is a connection between your point-of-sale and the card, payment or courier system that already runs part of the laundromat, so the two share the same orders and records instead of being reconciled by hand at the end of the night.

Card and machine-payment systems are good at what they were built for: activating machines and holding self-service value. Taking a wash-dry-fold order, printing a bag label, billing a commercial account or showing which attendant was on the drawer is a different job.

That is the split. Your existing system keeps the floor. Wash-Dry-Fold POS takes the wash-dry-fold business, and every machine start an attendant runs for an order is recorded in the order tracker, so the Machine Starts report can be read next to your card system’s own report. That comparison is the backbone of the theft-prevention side of the system. Integrations are part of the POS subscription rather than a paid tier, and nothing in the point-of-sale is metered by order or by pound.

how a store gets there

  • 01Tell us what is on your floor: the system, the reader model and how many machines it runs.
  • 02We confirm what connects and what stays where it is, in plain terms, before anything is bought.
  • 03The POS goes in at the counter. The self-service floor keeps running the whole time.
  • 04Attendants train on the counter workflow, and the wash-dry-fold reporting starts on day one.

Not sure what you have? A photo of the reader is usually enough.
