We can only serve laundromat owners and buyers already under contract.
We’ll learn about your laundromat to discover if we would be a good fit together.

The newsletter is a good way to keep up while you are still shopping for a store. It covers laundromat industry news, what we are seeing in stores and what is new in the software, so the system is already familiar by the time you are standing behind your own counter.
The USA’s leading laundromat operators trust Wash‑Dry‑Fold POS to keep their busiest stores moving. More than 1,300 systems sold across all 50 states, and over 4 million transactions run through the system every year.
Get a straight answer on fit, cost and setup. We’ll talk through your equipment, your situation and where you are trying to take the store. If we are not the right fix, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
We can’t imagine doing business without WDF POS. It is comforting that our POS was developed by a company who are also laundromat owners and operators. We are busy, busy, busy and could not manage our business as well as we do without it. WDF POS has allowed our business to grow.
WDF POS was created by an owner with multiple stores and a robust drop-off business. With that depth of understanding, it is no wonder it fits our high volume needs perfectly. The cloud-based system was easy for our employees to learn, and customers appreciate the professionalism of transactions.
Attendants train themselves in minutes and grow into the advanced features. The reporting — productivity, voids, refunds, detailed financials — is easy to get and genuinely useful. Over the years I have used three different systems; none have come close to the ease and power of this one.
Not at this time. The pickup and delivery side of the system is built around a laundromat you own. It assumes machines you control, attendants working your counter and orders that get washed in your own store, so without a storefront there is not much for it to attach to.
We ask how your store runs today, which card or coin system you have and what is not working. If we are a good fit, we talk through what moving to Wash-Dry-Fold POS would actually involve. If we are not, we tell you on the call.
There are integrations with Laundroworks, LaundryCard, FasCard, SpyderWash, ESD, WashLynx, The Laundry Boss and Speed Queen. Which of them fits depends on how your store is actually wired, so bring the name of your system and what is installed at the machines, and we will confirm your exact setup on the call.
Yes. Our hardware is IP65 rated for the high splash and lint environment of a laundromat and ready for everyday commercial use.
There is no annual contract. Billing runs month to month, and there is a prepaid annual option if you would rather pay for the year up front.
The machine starts report gives you a ratio for each employee: the machine start, or vend, values they ran against the dollar amount of wash-dry-fold they processed. Someone starting a lot of machines against very little in orders is the red flag, because a free wash for a friend raises the vend side and never touches the WDF side. You are reading it as a ratio per employee, so you can see who is out of line with everyone else.
