Without laundry reporting

Generic POS reports were not built for pounds.

Reporting is the piece that pushed Wash-Dry-Fold POS into existence. The general-purpose systems its owners tried in their own stores did not produce the numbers a laundromat runs on, so running the store turned into adapting generic reports to a business the software did not understand.

A retail report can tell you what sold. It cannot tell you pounds per labor hour, or which attendant is running the most machine starts per pound of laundry.
