Broken Arrow, Okla. — June 26, 2025 — Wash-Dry-Fold POS® has hired Cole Norton as Tech Support Specialist and Junior Software Developer. He brings a background in both tech support and software development to a team whose job is keeping laundromats running.
The background
Norton studied Computer Information Systems at Murray State College and has worked in specialized IT roles since graduating, covering hardware and software troubleshooting, system administration and data security. When he was hired he was working as an advanced on-site printer technician, helping business owners and operators directly.
