Why this exists
The same drop-off laundry POS system runs our own stores, Liberty Laundry, and it is a large part of how we grew them into some of the top-grossing laundromats in the USA.
Every feature in Wash-Dry-Fold POS started as a problem we hit on our own counters. We fixed it for ourselves first, then hardened it in hundreds of other stores. We have been improving the product aggressively since we started serving other laundromat owners in 2016.

We are all in the USA and every one of us knows what it is like to be in a laundromat. When you call support, the person who picks up has bagged an order, trained an attendant or put in a repair ticket for a broken machine. In other words, you will spend less time explaining and we will get to the solution faster.

Where it started
Liberty Laundry is three working laundromats in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, still run by the same people who own this company. That is why the software keeps getting shaped by drop-off volume, attendant turnover and the things that actually break on a counter.
The company itself is headquartered in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Every line of code and every support call comes from here.
